- Material: Virgin or engineering-grade Polypropylene (PP), often UV-stabilized, providing high resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
- Slot Sizes: Typically ranges from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm (or up to 2 mm depending on the model) to block resin beads and sand grains while minimizing pressure drop.
- Thread & Stem Sizes: Common thread connections include 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch (0.75 inch), 1 inch, 2 inches, and M20–M25, M30 with short or long stems (ranging from 14 mm to 450 mm).
